DICOMED will show a range of compatible solutions for presentation design applications including PresenterPC, PRODUCERxp 100 and Paint. PresenterPC: Version 3.0 is IBM PC- compatible software for business graphics design with features for charts and text/graphics. PRODUCERxp 100 is a multi-tasking system that combines a high-performance design station with a MediaManager OCR recorder and simultaneously creates, transmits, processes and records. Paint applications include full-color paint/video scanning, and combines raster/vector data for spectrum of presentation/design.

The DICOMED Product System ranges from PC-based software to the world’s most advanced design station, the IMAGINATOR. For output DICOMED offers the highest quality film recording systems for presentation and/or precision graphics applications.

DICOMED manufactures computer systems for sophisticated design and imaging of graphics for visual communications. Range of products includes PresenterTM PC business graphics software, the D38 Design Systems, IMAGINATORTM Design Console, FLEXSCANTM Scanner and D148 series of Image Recorders. The primary use is the production of slides and overheads for audio-visual purposes.

DICOMED’s D1488 Precision Graphic COM System is a black and white COM system possessing a resolution in excess of 80 line pairs per millimeter and a precision of 32K x 32K addressable points. The D1488 is supported by a high-speed programmable hardware character generator, and emulators for most standard line printer and graphic output formats are available. The standard controller is a DEC PDP11 / 34 computer operating μnder DEC’s RSX-11 M Operating System. The D1488 System offers output in numerous NMA/ ANSI formats. DICOMED’s D148C Color Graphic COM System is a high resolution, high speed, multi-purpose graphic COM system capable of recording in both black and white and color. Applications for the D148C include alphanumeric COM, business graphics (vector or raster), scientific graphic plotting, graphic publications, engineering graphics/ drawings and simulation. The D148C also offers a wide range of NMA/ ANSI formats.
