    Altek Corp., world leader in high resolution, high accuracy graphic digitizers, will be featuring three of their newest products designed to increase user productivity and accuracy The AC40 Controller a low priced, intelligent controller that can be enhanced to provide scaling, translation and rotation, line length and area calculations. The APACHETM Intelligent Controller: it scans the line being digitized like a TV camera and then corrects the line to its exact center. The Super Disk II® controller: a complete user-programmable digitizer system. Altek DATATAB® tables are available in three accuracies:+/ -.01 O”, + / – .005″, + I -.003″. Sizes range from 12″x12″ to 42″x130″. Top surfaces are available back lit, non- back lit, rear proiected or translucent.

    ALTEK will be introducing three new products along with their high accuracy DATATAB® backlit and opaque graphic digitizers. The DATATAB free cursor digitizers have resolution/ repeatability of .001″, accuracies of ±.010″, ±.005″ or ±.003″. Sizes range up to 42″ X 130″. The Rear Projection DATATAB, with its unique fine wire grid (.004″ diameter bonded to glass), is used for projecting images from behind and onto the table’s special surface. The revolutionary APACHE™ Electro-Optically Aided Cursor can be near a line (within .1″) and it will automatically correct digitizing errors made by an operator. SUPER-DISK II is a new, low cost, stand-alone digitizing/editing workstation with real-time graphic display.
