    Optical motion capture systems, software, and services using technologies developed by AOA and Qualisys AB (Sweden). Services available by system users in California and New York City. AOA also makes OEM image capture and optical systems for industry.

    SIGGRAPH 1997

    Adaptive Optics Associates presents the new Multi-Trax Pro optical motion capture system for Windows operating systems. AOA’s other products include FaceTrax facial capture system and the Creative Motion Editor for motion data editing. AOA also provides studio motion capture services on both coasts. AOA’s co-exhibitor is Televirtual, a UKbased company specializing in systems for broadcast television, live events, and provides studio motion capture services throughout Europe.

    Adaptive Optics Associates, Inc., a United Technologies company, makes MultiTrax, FaceTrax, and the Creative Motion Editor real-time motion capture and analysis systems and software for computer animation, game development, and special effects. AOA also offers on-location motion capture services, high-speed image acquisition systems, and application-specific software. Applications are supported on SGI’s, Mac’s, and PC’s. AOA is a contributor to the Digital Bayou.

    Adaptive Optics Associates, Inc. makes FaceTrax & MultiTrax, full-body and facial expression motion capture systems and software for animators, game developers, and SFX designers. Systems available for Mac, PC, and SGI platforms. Other products include: image processing systems and software, portable high-frame- rate digital cameras, high-speed linescanning devices, and system integration services.
