Other Information:
The client submitted the text on an IBM disk, which was input in the Apple Macintosh system and manipulated with the Quark Xpress program. In its final form, the “camera-ready” was contained in a floppy disk that was sent to the color separator and output as press-ready plates through a Crossfield separation system.
