For 18 years, American Showcase has set the industry standard for illustration, photography, and digital media sourcebooks. The company is launching an assignment CD-ROM for photographers and illustrators called THE SHOWCASE CD, for release this fall. Version 1.2 of THE VIRTUAL PORTFOLIO, the interactive multimedia CD-ROM, has been released. And NEW MEDIA SHOWCASE 4: THE DIGITAL SOURCEBOOK, the only annual sourcebook devoted to digital imagery, has undergone a redesign.

American Showcase has set the industry standard for illustration and photography sourcebooks for 17 years. In June 1993, we premiered the only interactive multimedia resource published exclusively on CD-ROM, The Virtual Portfolio. Also recently released is the third edition of New Media Showcase, the only annual sourcebook devoted entirely to digital imagery.
