Bio
SIGGRAPH Asia 2025
Dr. Ximing Shen is a Project Assistant Professor at Keio University of Media Design. She applies user-centred methods to explore the design and applications of emerging technology in the domain of healthcare and art. She has authored academic publications in premier human-computer interaction venues, including ACM CHI and UIST with a CHI Best Paper Award.
SIGGRAPH Asia 2021
Ximing Shen is currently a research assistant at Embodied Media Project, Keio University Graduate School of Media Design. She pursued her bachelor’s degree at the University of Manchester, and master’s degree at Keio University, Graduate School of Media Design. Her research interest is data science, accessibility and inclusive design, and human-computer interaction.
