Wataru Kawakami earned his M.D. and Bachelor’s degree in Medicine from Kyoto University in 2024. During his undergraduate studies, he was part of the Kamitani Laboratory at Kyoto University, where his research focused on the reconstruction of 3D objects from the human brain. After graduation, he joined the Takahashi-Shiramatsu Laboratory at the University of Tokyo, where he is currently pursuing his master’s degree. His research now centers on information processing in neuronal cultures and the exploration of music information processing in rats.
