Having worked on many major projects during her animation career starting as an Animator to current role as Chief Creative Officer at Xentrix Studios, she has consistently delivered exceptional results. Known for her artistic vision, coupled with strategic thinking, Ushma fuses creativity with technical skills and also contributes to the business planning, onboarding and growth of Xentrix Studios. Her collaborative leadership and unwavering commitment to quality have earned her a reputation as a trusted partner in the animation industry.
