Prof. Hong Seongtae is born in Seoul, Korea in 1965. Hong got the Ph.D. from the Department of Sociology at Seoul National University. Hong has been a professor at Sangji University since 2001. His books are AI X Metaverse, the World of Digital Culture, Towards the Eco-Welfare State, etc.
