Bio:
Graduate from Fine art college of Hong ik University(BA) And also I’d got my MA, Graduate from Seoul National University, Post graduate course of art and education in Seoul Korea. Their theme and title of graduation thesis is ‘the Educational function of Cartoon’
So I was first planner of ‘KOSCAS’ / Korean Cartoon and Animation Studies, SICAF/Seoul International Cartoon and Animation Festival and PISAF/Puchon International Student Animation Festival. During 1998-2000, I’d been a chairman of KOSCAS. also a President of PISAF, and 1995-2004, Art director and Total manager of SICAF.
As a Director of animation, I was joined some TV series, Festival display and design, independent works and animation for web.
As a professor in my 20 years, first time I’d been teaching at Gong-Ju national university which is the first school of cartoon and animation that established in Korea. Also I’d been making and teaching of the college of cartoon and animation at Se- Jong university in Seoul. Korea.
In my career of present, as a Dean(2006-2008) and professor of Korean National University of Arts, Dept. of Animation of the school of film, TV and Multimedia (2010)
