Margherita Bergamo Meneghini is a dancer, choreographer and researcher. She is a professor at the University of Barcelona and is completing a doctoral thesis in contemporary dance and immersive digital arts at University of Paris 8 and the University of Bologna. She has dedicated herself to dance from an early age and studied Choreography at the Institut del Theater, Superior Conservatory of Dance in Barcelona, after a professional career with the Italian rhythmic gymnastics team. Her outreach and artistic creation emphasizes audience participation, considering the role of technology and the mediation of art for educational and therapeutic purposes.
