Junya Nakamura is a PhD candidate in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Toyohashi University of Technology. Since 2019, he has been a member of the Visual Psychophysics Laboratory under the supervision of Professor Michiteru Kitazaki. His research focuses on virtual reality (VR) and human-computer interaction (HCI), specifically enhancing virtual walking experiences through multisensory integration, including visual and tactile stimuli. He is skilled in both software and hardware development, utilizing tools such as Unity, Python, and 3D printing to create experimental setups.
