Emilie Valentin is a director and scriptwriter. She directs documentaries for television (Françoise Hardy, la discrète, Sculptrices, ni muses, ni modèles, Design signé Perriand…) and writes scripts for series, often in animation. She has notably adapted, with Élise Benroubi, the comic book Culottées, by Pénélope Bagieu, into an animated series for France Télévisions. These projects are very different from each other, but they all have in common that they highlight the lives of pioneering characters who are anchored in their time.
