Aldrin Joseph J. Hao is an assistant professor at the Institute of Computer Science in UP Los Baños who enjoys working at the intersection of technology and agriculture. He teaches courses on mobile development and AI while researching ways to help Filipino farmers through practical applications. He’s particularly interested in using remote sensing, GIS, and machine learning to solve real-world problems in agriculture and environmental management. Aldrin has been involved in various research projects supporting Philippine agriculture, from watershed monitoring systems to disaster risk management tools.
