Abstract:
Knowing when to think deeply and critically, and when instead to act quickly and intuitively, is a key competency for leaders. Because time, energy, and focus are such precious resources, knowing when and how to deploy those resources effectively when solving complex problems is a career accelerator.
In this session, we will review and practice tools for calibrating decision stakes, identifying information gaps, and when higher stakes warrant a deeper dive solving complex problems systematically, thoroughly, and thoughtfully to produce a compelling analysis and recommendation.
