    SIGGRAPH 1985

Printronix will demonstrate the 4160 graphics printer, a high resolution matrix line printer designed for CAD/CAM/CAE output. Based on patented Printronix hammerbank technology, the 4160 offers an alternative to electrostatic plotters. The 4160 features outstanding reliability, ease of operation and low cost of ownership.

    SIGGRAPH 1984

The Printronix 4160 Graphic System provides high resolution output particularly well suited for CAD/CAM and CAE applications. Consisting of a Printronix 4160 Graphic Printer and Pl-80 Interface Controller the 4160 Graphic System emulates Versatec electrostatic plotters-models V-80, 1200A and 3200A. Small dot size of 0.010 inch and substantial dot overlap produce fine, smooth curves. Graphics and alphanumerics can be intermixed. Also, the system plots on plain paper without chemicals.

    SIGGRAPH 1979

Printronix manufactures 150, 300, 600 LPM Printer/Plotters which provide up to 6 part hard copy print sample using a matrix impact technology.
