    Fifteen years of research and development in the field of computer graphics, and computer cartography in particular, have made it possible for the Harvard Laboratory for Computer Graphics and Spatial Analysis to make available a wide range of software products and cartographic data bases to depict spatially disposed information. In addition, the Laboratory distributes over 200 publications dealing with computer graphics and spatial analysis. The major focus of the Laboratory’s recent endeavors has been the ODYSSEY project which is a comprehensive interactive geographic information processing system which pos- sesses the capability to produce two and three dimensional cartographic outputs in both black and white and color.
