Ferranti International Controls Corporation, a 25-year old Houston, Texas, subsidiary of UK based Ferranti pie, which dates back to 1882, has introduced the VARS family of high resolution, high performance, raster scan computer graphics controllers. VARS is implemented as a high level, retained 2D segmented display list processor which provides outstanding performance in highly dynamic vector drawing applications.
