    The ACM SIGGRAPH Specialized Conferences Committee (SCC) is the volunteer-led body that approves the status of specialized conferences and workshops wishing to be sponsored, co-sponsored, or in-cooperation with ACM SIGGRAPH. It reviews applications to ensure that these events are not-for-profit, academic, and relevant to the computer graphics community, and that their publications meet specific criteria, such as being available through the ACM Digital Library.
