Artist Statement:
IMFAS: Interactive Musical Fountain Authoring System / IMFAS is the authoring system that efficiently controls the behaviors and scenarios of a musical fountain, which is a fountain that dances to music. This system not only automatically generates a musical fountain’s for a given piece of music, but also allows the musical fountain to react in real time to the input signals from vari- ous input devices, such as a video camera or a MIDI drum.
The hidden-picture puzzle generator / This system automatically converts a given image into a hidden-picture puzzle. It selects several objects that are easily hidden in the hidden-picture database. Then, it hides them in a given image.
Caricature video / This algorithm makes moving caricatures from videos of human faces using 2D facial exaggeration rules and the AAM tracking technique. It is robust to slight head rotations in input facial images.
MFPI: Motion Filter Processing Interface / MFPI is the motion editing system that visualizes editing procedures using a graphical node representa- tion. It is suitable to give a cartoon-stylized motion to a realistic motion in real time.
