Description:
Awoken by the crash, Eli’s Mother walks into the kitchen to find him suspiciously shoving cookies back into the cookie jar. Eli, knowing he’s in trouble, launches into a story about how he was abducted during the night and forced to battle in an alien gladiator arena. Initially he was terrified, but haphazardly discovered his blanket to be an effective weapon against the beasts. Not only did he survive, but Eli ended up defeating the gladiators! While celebrating his victory, he was beamed back to his kitchen and accidentally ran into the refrigerator, knocking down the cookie jar. After failing to convince his Mom that he was up late battling aliens, not stealing cookies, Eli turns to go back to bed. The house suddenly begins to rumble. As his Mom looks to the window she sees an alien ship beaming away leaving her with the stark realization that Eli was telling the truth.
