Description:
“Little Miss Spider” is a computer-animated short based on the best-selling book by artist and author David Kirk. Fot Little Miss Spider’s debut as an animated character, artists at Kleiser-Walczak transformed Kirk’s vibrant 2D oil paintings into a stylized 3D world. The result is a storybook brought to life by warm and inviting 3D computer-generated imagery of Kirk’s magical characters. Maya was used for character and scene modeling, animation, and rendering. Composer and AfterEffects were used for compositing. This project was produced for Callaway and Kirk.
