Additional Information:
To achieve DETLEV’s tactile look, we combined stop-motion with hidden digital work, using laser-cut and 3D-printed set pieces, animatable LED practicals that were DMX-controlled. Nearly all effects were shot in-camera and composited in Nuke emphasizing imperfection for a handcrafted feel. No generative AI was used to create the final film.
