Description:

Conceived as a critique of traditional architectural “flythroughs” and perhaps a glimpse into the future of online environments, this short film documents the investigation of an abandoned house from multiple points of view. The “handheld” camera movement was accomplished through four layers of motion-capture data via the mouse. The house was designed and modeled in form•Z, animated in 3D Studio Max, and rendered in Mental Ray. After Effects and Combustion were used for compositing and graphics.
