Douglas Mack Green of Redmond, Washington, was born May 2, 1942 in Big Spring, Texas. He graduated from Howard County Junior College, Texas Tech with his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and received his Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin in Bio-Medical Engineering. He was a teacher and/or Administrator at the University of Texas at Austin, Texas A&M at College Station, State University of New York at Binghamton, New York, Marquette University and Texas A&M University at Texarkana.
