After the enthusiastic response to our BOF in 2024, we’re back and everyone is invited to join the conversation! This year we’re changing the format slightly, with the choice of joining a few smaller conversations we home to create a more welcoming space, especially for those not as comfortable in speaking in larger groups. Topics to explore include: Confidence, Conflict, Focus and Productivity, Delegation, Uncertainty, Giving and Receiving Feedback, Power Dynamics, Imposter Syndrome, Resilience, Psychological Safety, Perception of Risk, and more… All voices, perspectives, experience, insights, questions, and curious minds are very welcome!
