Bio
SIGGRAPH Asia 2024
Wei-Chen Yen is currently a Ph.D. student at the Institute of Applied Arts at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the Department of New Media Art at Taipei National University of the Arts. His research interests include Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), XR interaction, design research, and art exhibitions. His works have been showcased at the 2023 & 2024 Ars Electronica Festival in Austria and the Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts (2023). His work has received awards such as the NEWVIEW AWARDS VR International Competition, Media Ambition Tokyo Prize, and the Best Demo Award at the 2023 Taiwan Human-Computer Interaction Conference.
