Bio

SIGGRAPH 2025

Tsuji received the B.E., M.E., and Ph.D. degrees in Electronic Engineering from Osaka University, Osaka, Japan, in 2001, 2003, and 2005, respectively. From 2005 to 2007, he was a research fellow of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science. He was engaged in process modeling of metal oxide semiconductor large-scale integration fabrication. From 2007 to 2011, he was a researcher at Osaka University, where he was engaged in compact modeling of poly-Si thin-film transistors (TFTs). Since 2011, he has been with the Science & Technology Research Laboratories, Japan Broadcasting Corporation (NHK), Tokyo, where he has been engaged in research on oxide TFTs and flexible displays.
