Artist Statement:
A deep time meditation on the changing elemental composition of the atmosphere of the planet Earth. Atmos Sphaerae was commissioned by Christiane Paul for the DiMoDA 4.0 virtual reality exhibit “Dis/Location,” which premiered at Gazelli Art House and was shown at the ZKM Karlsruhe and the Onassis Foundation’s ONX Studio NY. The “flat” video version of Atmos Sphaerae has been presented by Gazelli Art House at ART SG in Singapore and developed for multi-screen immersive spaces at ONX Studio NY.
