    MCI/QUANTEL is exhibiting the most powerful TV graphics creation system available-the combination of Ouantel paint box and digital library system. Artists use paint box to create original art, modify frozen live video, add captions and animate segments. The library system captures, stores and presents stills and also has production effects. Paint boxes and library systems can be interfaced via QUANTEL’s digital link.

    MCI/Quantel manufactures and markets a wide range of digital video products for broadcast use and for scientific/industrial applications. Broadcast products on exhibition include: the Paint Box, a digital graphics/paint/character generation/animation system; and the DLS 6000 series digital library system for storage and replay video still pictures.
