Talaris Systems will be exhibiting its fully- compatible family of versatile laser printers, the Talaris 2400, 1200 and 800, which feature a fullpage bit-map for generating text and vector or raster graphics. Talaris will be introducing new versions of its QDRIVE, a tool for integrating text and graphics, and LASERPLOT, a package for accessing the extensive graphics capabilities of the Talaris printers.
SIGGRAPH 1985
Talaris Systems, a laser printer software and hardware supplier, will display its line of high-resolution laser printers-the T800 (8 ppm), Tl200 (12 ppm) and T2400 (24 ppm) and applications software. Talaris will present the recently released Talaris 810 (8 ppm) which has text processing and business graphics capabilities.

Talars Systems Inc. is a software firm which has developed a total solution in electronic printing utilizing the Xerox XP-12 engine, the OMS Quic Rip controller and D.VI. post-processing tools for formatters such as TeX 80, TeX, and TROFF, NROFF and, soon to be released, DITROFF. ODRIVE facilitates text and graphics integration with simple short commands e i ther internal or external to the files and the plotting library interfaces with most graphics software through Calcomp and Versaplot Fortran 77 calling routines. Using Metafont, Talaris has over 300 fonts which can be downline loaded, 70 of which can be obtained in Prom.
