Abstract:


    The new pipeline at Imageworks uses Unreal Engine as the tool for Rough Layout, and we use the USD filetype to get data from the Windows environment of Unreal Engine into the Linux-based production pipeline. We cover issues we faced and the pipeline we built in order to use Unreal.
