Abstract:

For a beginner, walking into a SIGGRAPH is an intimidating experience. There is so much to see and do. Everyone else there seems to be speaking an unfamiliar language and are ooh?ing and ahh?ing over things that they appreciate but you don?t know how to. This course is for you!

    • Provide a background for the amazing things you will hear about in the other SIGGRAPH 2024 venues
    • Create an understanding of common computer graphics vocabulary
    • Help you understand the significance of the images and animations that you will see
    • Provide references for further study
