Prior to joining City National, Dorothy was a Learning and Development Business Partner/Sr Career Coach with Lee Hecht Harrison where she works with Fortune 500 companies on development intiatives and individual job seekers with emploment searches and personal branding. A versatile human resources professional with a diverse background leading and executing business strategy across various disciplines, geographies and industries.
