Abstract:
We present a practical approach for the simulation of realistic looking lashes in real time. A non-technical user is able to create complex lash looks using an optimized set of meta-parameters supported by behind-the-scenes parameter generation techniques. The approach allows a user efficient simulation of bare lash looks, as well as looks modified by mascara application, and interaction between lashes and an applicator.
