Abstract:
Visual notation of movement quality allows the documentation of choreographies and legitimizes the expressive quality of dance. So far, wheelchair dance had limited access to such resources. Our research creates a visualization solution that extracts movement features based on Laban Movement Analysis to notate movement quality for wheelchair dance.
